Ariel’s Morning Oat Bowl

  • Cook 1/2 cup old fashioned oats with 1 cup milk (Ariel uses cinnamon/vanilla cashew milk) for 2 mins in microwave

  • Stir and top with raw pumpkin seeds

  • Sliced strawberries

  • Bee pollen 

  • Marantha Nut Butters Peanut Butter

  • A drizzle of Plan Bee Raw Pine Honey

  • A grind of pink Himalayan sea salt
