Our beekeeper managed a fall, rather than spring harvest this year, so the bees were attracted to Heather only, allowing us to offer this rare delight.

A study in Food Chemistry Journal found that, when it comes to antioxidant levels, Heather honey has some of the highest phenolic content which can prevent cellular damage from free radicals, as well as serving as a highly effective antibacterial and anti-microbial agent.
